Before the appointment I was informed once by phone and once at the reception that there is no copay for this appointment. After the appointment I received a 149$ bill including copay. I’ve reached out to the office several times, but did not receive assistance and had to figure it out with my insurance for the last 2.5 months. I expected a better level of service and to be informed correctly. I also would have appreciated being informed by the doctor before doing a costly test. Dr. Park was awesome. My colonoscopy went smoothly. She explained everything before and after in. detail. She answered all my questions and gave me a good referral for next steps. She listened and took my concerns seriously and gave me peace of mind. Also great office staff.
