When my insurance denied a prescription the doctor refused to schedule a peer to peer review with them to advocate for me. Said it was “a waste of time”. Terrible care from this place!
Dr Leonardi and staff is great I have been a patient over 10 years the front desk is wonderful too especially tommy Annabelle and Martha the follow up is great. This makes my life so much easier. And also to Elise who is the best assistant to dr. She is very organized and thorough. Thank u guys for all u do
Waited over 40 minutes with no communication from staff or doctor. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room so no reason for the wait time. Place was empty. After I left I receive a half hearted voice message that didn’t even offer a sincere apology. I traveled from uptown during covid to see her and I will not be returning. Do not see this doctor.
