experience with this company was horrible. They canceled the trip because Bateaux New York Premier Plus Dinner was canceled for mechanic reasons. Instead of offering a replacement trip ir refund. They offer another boat. They send us to a lower cost trip where they treated us really bad. We bought tickets for window table and they say it was for the first cruise no theirs. They put us at a table that wasn't in use close to the ingent. It was loud and no windows. I paid close to $800 and they didn't reimburse anything. No eve... read more
I was turned away for having a sleveless top on. Mind you it wasn’t a gym tank, just a nice sleveless shirt with buttons. Guests arriving after were wearing jeans, dirty tennis shoes, hawaiian shirts, etc. I was offered a couple options; buy a shirt somewhere close by as well as being offered a staff’s uniform. While this purchase was refunded and vouchers offered for a later date, the whole experience was handled poorly by the person making the decision.
