First time experience was amazing my wife and I had a wonderful time! David, Angel, Alex, Swan, And Capt. Grant were absolutely amazing! They had great customer service, they were on top of their game! My wife and I will definitely be going back to this again!
It was a great experience. I booked Bateaux premier (lunch) New York for my sister's birthday . The staff especially the pianist made the experience personal by mentioning her name and singing happy birthday! The food was good
The best! You must see NYC this way! The staff was amazing, esp Jamal, our concierge and our server,Helen(?) I wish I could remember everyone’s names-you were all perfect! Food was amazing! Views were amazing! Just spectacular!
Overall, recommended. Better than expected food with great service and of course, outstanding New York views.
