A great company that seems to have lost its way. Laying off the very people who have dedicated over 25 years of service amidst a global pandemic is despicable. I would never recommend working here as they seem to put their bottom line before taking care of their senior employees. Your competitors will capitalize on this mistake and soak up the vast experience of your ex-employees that can't be taught or bought and I'm sure you'll realize this 10 years too late with a fleet of paper superintendents!
