What an incredible company! Bonnie, Cheryl and Zach go above and beyond to ensure every order is done perfectly. They do extensive research on what options are available for each project and present them in an informational manner. Highly recommend this team!
They ordered a large quantity of wallets from me for one of their clients. They took months to pay, kept saying they were sending checks in the mail that never arrived. Then they asked me for my Fed Ex or UPS number so I could pay to ship their payment. When I refused and a check finally arrived in the mail (months after it was due), they had taken out $50 because they claimed they'd stopped payments on the checks that never arrived.
Wanted to make a rather large purchase at Concepts in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. over the telephone. All telephone numbers " out of service". All numbers listed on the web "out of service". They don't care - I'll buy elsewhere!!!!
