I came across Manhattan Commercial Group at their midtown location looking for our new office space. James (the owner) knew midtown like no one else and helped our office find a new space in less than 48 hours and closed the deal, whereas other brokers I've dealt with in the past dragged us around for 2-3 weeks at least. This guy knows the city well and the building owners like no one else.
My partners and I were looking for a restaurant space to open up our third location in the City. We came across a few of Manhattan Commercial Group's advertisements and we were surprised to find a brokerage specializing in the restaurant business. Needless to say, this was the EASIEST deal we have ever done. James Rainey is great at what he does and his cast of supporting agents were professional and courteous. HIGHLY recommended!
