I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the service turned out to be really good. The rug came back clean and in good shape. It didn’t feel stiff or smell strong, which I liked. I’d use them again.
My woven hallway runners came back smelling fresh and looking naturally brighter without harsh chemicals, which I appreciated. Their 7-9 day factory cleaning really works.
I had rugs from different regions a Pakistani wool, a Persian silk, and a Turkish flatweave. They identified each material during pickup and adjusted the cleaning accordingly at the factory. Each rug came back with its own texture restored: the wool soft, the silk smooth, and the flatweave perfectly even.
My old wool rug was dull from years of use, but after cleaning, the pattern looks sharper and the surface feels soft. They managed to remove a few old stains I’d given up on. It’s like having a new rug without buying one.
I didn’t want to replace my living room rug because it’s handwoven, but it had coffee stains and dull colors. The cleaning restored everything perfectly. The reds are rich again, the beige looks crisp, and there’s not a hint of odor left.
