I had an old Sarouk hand-knotted rug cleaned and repaired here. It had pet stains, dust, and worn fringe from years of use. The company picked it up from my home and cleaned it at their factory using professional rug washing equipment. When they delivered it back, the rug looked amazing and smelled fresh again. I would absolutely recommend them for Oriental rug cleaning.

I used their service for viscose rug cleaning, and I’m honestly impressed. Viscose is tricky because it can lose its sheen easily, but they handled it with full expertise. They collected the rug from my home, cleaned it in their facility using specialized equipment, and returned it looking smooth, bright, and silky again. The fiber alignment was restored without leaving watermarks something that many cleaners struggle with. This was one of the most professional rug cleaning processes I’ve seen.
