A wait of 2 hours before being called back is ridiculous. The NA said thats not uncommon and they send it to you via text and email. It sounded like she repeats the line several times a day. Also, what you like as fashion is ok but at a job, a doctors office, take out your facial, ie Nose piercing. It looks unprofessional and unsanitary.
I suggest to find a new clinic ! They sent me a bill saying I need to pay 269.00 when my health insurance already paid it off ! The people in the front desk are unprofessional ,rude and don’t know how to do their job . While we are no longer patients (we moved away from Manhattan) we were very happy with the care we received from Larry Pierce and Dr. Callahan. Both listened to our concerns, problems and opinions and always gave us options and suggestions for our care. Both are professional and friendly.
