Dr. Welch is a great Cardiologist and he does care about his patients. If you have a chance, I recommend his practice.
Compassionate, caring, in-depth expertise, and extremely interested in his patients and their lives and their health. Dr. Welch is a "breath of fresh air" as a physician. It is always a pleasure to come to his office!
