Staff speaks English with extremely heavy accents and does not understand some basic English phrases. Slow, but good food when you get it.
This place would be a solid spot to grab a decent bagel if it weren’t for the management. Every time I’ve come here it’s the managers want to be argumentative with both customers and also other staff. They throw food around in a huff, don’t secure their hair properly, and truly act as if you being there to spend money is a bother. I am so sorry that I don’t know his name, but the ONLY decent person I’ve encountered there is a black gentlemen who’s always in the background trying to clean the place up.
