My family and I have been going to Manhattan Bagels in Westfield for the 17 years we’ve lived here. The staff is always helpful and friendly, no matter how crowded it gets, and there are so many y people there on weekend mornings! Bagels are terrific with a great variety, and they often come up with new options. We often buy a dozen along with their homemade spreads. Combine that with a staff that’s contributed to our community and you understand why we and our neighbors love it so much.
This is definitely not the place to go for breakfast. Maybe if you’re just looking for a plain bagel or something quick, it could be an option, but anything beyond that is a no. The eggs tasted and looked like they had been microwaved, the bacon was soggy, everything had that fast food taste to it. The French toast looked like it might have been previously frozen. For the quality of the food, it is absolutely not worth it.
