Die Reparatur wurde vollständig bezahlt aber nicht vollständig ausgeführt. Die Ersatzteile wurden komplett bezahlt an die Werkstatt, die sie dann vergessen hat zu bestellen (während sie ca ein halbes Jahr Zeit hatte). Also haben wir die Teile privat nochmals besorgen müssen, damit die Reparatur fertiggestellt werden konnte. Eine Erstattung der Kosten der Teile gab es nicht.
