Die Reparatur wurde vollständig bezahlt aber nicht vollständig ausgeführt. Die Ersatzteile wurden komplett bezahlt an die Werkstatt, die sie dann vergessen hat zu bestellen (während sie ca ein halbes Jahr Zeit hatte). Also haben wir die Teile privat nochmals besorgen müssen, damit die Reparatur fertiggestellt werden konnte. Eine Erstattung der Kosten der Teile gab es nicht. Reparatur wurde nur sehr langsam und schlechter Qualität ausgeführt. Es wurden auch 1750USD abgerechnet und der dazugehörige Service nicht erbracht. Wieder ein Fall für den Rechtsanwalt.
Reparatur bezahlt und nicht ausgeführt. Nach Abholung des Fahrzeugs meidet sich keiner mehr. Das ganze scheint eine Betrugsmasche zu sein. Hier ist es wichtig NACH Reparatur zu bezahlen. Es droht sonst Verlust von Geld.
$1000 for a diagnosis and it’s NOT used towards repair!? That’s ridiculous even new Rochelle Range Rover dealer charges $305 and it’s used towards the fix. Total scam . Called because the door system thinks it’s unlocked but its mechanically locked
They took $2.5k to do an alignment, replace the tires and fix the AC. They only replaced the tires. They scammed me for not knowing anything about cars.
