Highly recommended for quality of service, both technical (configuring and tuning the device) and instructional (friendly, patient orientation to use and care of it).
Visit was great, everything was done efficiently and on time. The audiologist explained all procedures well and reviewed the results thoroughly at the end.
I saw Meredith Scharf who is warm, caring, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Never a problem that she doesn't solve or a question that she can't answer.
