Receptionist and Dr Marsden were so friendly and helpful. He reprogrammed my hearing and changed the ear pieces to ones that worked best for me. Then he set up different listening modes and clearly explained how to use them with my iphone app. All at a reasonable cost, even though bought elsewhere. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Jake Marsden was very trustworthy and really did everything to make sure my hearing aids are helpful and comfortable. He makes the process easy! All the people in the office are very professional and nice!
Dr. Scharf is the best: patient, kind, competent. Her staff helped me get the prescription when my doctor had failed to send it, so that the test could be covered by insurance. A-plus.
