Lovely appointed modern rooms, great location (next to bakery and cafes and transport). Clean and well serviced, we had a great stay here.

Overall the apartment itself was okay (we did have few issues however the staff assisted in rectifying these) however my experience dealing with Lorraine from management was extremely disappointing. Her communication was unnecessarily rude, harsh and threatening for absolutely no reason. Rather than handling matters professionally or respectfully, the approach taken immediately felt hostile and intimidating, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I booked a 28-day stay and had one of the most frustrating experiences. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning during the peak of summer. It was impossible to sleep in the room due to the heat. They provided a portable fan, which barely made a difference. Despite charging a $400 cleaning fee, the apartment was dusty, had cobwebs in the bedroom, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, other than the bathrooms.
