I booked a 28-day stay and had one of the most frustrating experiences. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning during the peak of summer. It was impossible to sleep in the room due to the heat. They provided a portable fan, which barely made a difference. Despite charging a $400 cleaning fee, the apartment was dusty, had cobwebs in the bedroom, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, other than the bathrooms.
