Shame on you Manhattan Apartments: Called to confirm the apartment was available and requested a viewing since we planned to stay there for at least a few months and they listed it as an option on their website. They said they could "try" to organize a showing but would not reserve the apartment for us until we had seen it. Location was good however I waited an hour after our agreed arrival time for someone to bring us the key then it Took another half hour to check in (after a 9 hour drive to get there). The pre paid parking was then not available and it took over a month to get a refund. The apartment smelled of stale cigarettes and there was a blood stain on the quilt of the main bed. Over all disappointing.

Overall dirty, cleaning service provided but the cleaner is rude, disrespectful, overpriced, doesn’t even clean the place properly. Customer service and operator is very cooperative. perfect for uni students
