Did not complete repairs, taillight was left hanging and during its longer than scheduled stay they ripped the leather on steering wheel. Avoid this place even if your insurance company is paying
They moved incredibly slowly knowing that they’d go over the 30 day rental my insurance was paying for. They said they’d work it out with the insurance, not to worry. Then as they continued to go over the 30 days they said they’d take care of it with my deductible. When I finally got my car back they said they’d would cover the $500 rental cost by waiving my $200 “betterment” fee. When I asked one of their workers what a betterment fee was he told me and added “but we usually waive that.” I should add the last 2 full days th... read more
