I’ve been eating at Manhattan regularly for nearly 7 years and have never had a bad meal or experience! The staff is fast, friendly and intentional. They remember names and greet everyone who comes in the door with a smile, even when they’re in the lunch rush. Their salad bar is hands down the best in the city and the most bang for your buck. Their sandwiches are distinctive and delicious. And their catering is always on time and on point. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Downtown Raleigh for a weekday lunch!
We had reservations for (3) tables of 6... Kitchen was totally unprepared and lunch service took over an hour.
Edit: I forgot to add that I got sweet tea and it was so good!! I love that they make it themselves and put enough sugar in it! I came in and Melissa was so pleasant and helpful! I have a lot of social anxiety and she made me feel really comfortable/ welcome. She let me know how everything worked for orders, when I asked her suggestion on what she would usually get, she told me the Reuben is her go to!
