Took me 2 weeks to get a referral to an orthopedist after I broke my ankle and the office called me back to chastise me after giving me a specialist's contact info that didn't take my insurance. Receptionists regularly take long lunches and put you in touch with a third party answering service. No voicemail. Horribly run office and miserable customer service.
