Do not close with these Attorneys after a closing I had with them, I had to pay utilities that the prior owner incurred b/c Will Anderson and his staff never called to get an updated payoff balance on the utilities and when I spoke to Will to correct his mistake he told me that it was basically my problem even though the City advised us and we had proof his office never called for an updated utility balance which is the obligation of the Title Company especially when it is an Attorney's office, they should know better that's... read more
