We did not stay at the hotel - only had lunch at The Bay Club restaurant. We were able to snag a shaded table on the outdoor balcony facing Roebuck Bay. Food, cider and beer on tap were quite good. The atmosphere was relaxed with a good mix of couples (mostly older) and families. The highlight is the view over the stunning turquoise colours of Roebuck Bay. Simone is an amazing bartender. Pick your favourite spirit and ask for a custom cocktail. You won't be disappointed. Would recommend his cocktail to anyone !!
