I came to Kalina with some unique bladder issues after an injury. She had very good suggestions, and I am continually amazed by what she comes up with to help me - from exercises to equipment. She already has so much knowledge but also keeps up with all the latest techniques. We have been working on my gait, which has been a problem for some time. Kalena is a wonderful pelvic floor therapist and all around lovely human. She takes a thorough, holistic approach, and addresses anything that might be related to the problem at hand. She helped me recover from a hysterectomy, and continued to support me throughout my subsequent physical ailments. She is extremely knowledgeable about the pelvic floor, but also the human body as a whole. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
I have had an excellent experience working with Kalena at Mangostana. In addition to being extremely professional and a talented bodyworker/manual therapist, she provides doable take home exercises that have helped to resolve my pelvic floor/hip issues. I highly recommend her services!
