This office has abandoned me. Phil Allen took my case in 2021 and communication just stopped altogether in 2023. He has no idea of the MAJOR changes in my health and was forced out of my job in 2025. I have left detailed email when the changes started in 2024. No response or returned calls AT ALL. I have called MANY times. Left voicemails and verbal messages with the office.
