On 08/10/2023 our 2016 ford escape broke down we had it towed to Mangold ford service adviser Ryan advised he was not optimistic about time line for shop space and getting repairs made. He found out that there was a warranty recall on this year of vehical. car was taken some time in the afternoon and by 4:15 repairs had been completed. I can not thank Ryan and the Mangold staff for there quick turn around on our vehical and there professional service. Many thanks again.
