This company is a scammer if there’s negative 5 starts that I would rate them. I purchased 4 PAL tickets FOR Dec 2023 seven months ago and needed to cancel 3 of them due to medical reasons in Oct 2023 and until now March 2024 I haven’t received my refund, my sister who purchased directly to PAL and cancelled hers got refund in 2 weeks.
