The agent I talked to about sets lied last October, she said it's full, then my sister got a ticket same week from them again she talked to another agent, sorry I forgot her name she is nice and send the set arrangement and a lot of vacant sets. I don't know why the lady I talked to lied.

They can't speak English, and customer service is worse.
I gave 5 stars to Lyll, the branch manager for excellent service. She responded promptly to my emails even outside office hours. Also, she's very efficient and polite. I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. She took her time with me and was very patient. Thank you Lyll!
