I’m very grateful to Dr. Jiang and the wonderful front desk staff at this clinic. My daughter started having ear pain on Wednesday night, and when I called Thursday morning, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She understood the urgency and managed to arrange a phone appointment for Friday morning.
