Craig was a gentleman from the moment we arrived, particularly on short notice after our flight was cancelled. Rooms and complex were spotless and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is also great with a bus stop nearby and easy access to main town of Airlie.
Want to thank craig a exceptional manager whose open friendly personality made 1 feel at home no task too small like getting to tv to work our suite was better than l hiped for
Beautiful experience at mango house after staying for a month while I settled in to my new job, Pam was such a beautiful soul and made me feel at home from the second I arrived, thank you :)
Absolutely reprehensible customer service. Was called by reception and told I'd be blacklisted from every hotel in Airlie Beach because I swam in the pool after hours. NO ONE in my group including myself swam in the pool at all. Staff tried to change the story when we confronted them about it. Totally disgusting behaviour. If I'm to be accused of something get the facts straight first.
