Should I be concerned? I’ve been here a couple of times before and always paid by tapping my card on their little white payment device. Yesterday, though, I was asked to tap my card on a cell phone instead. When I checked my bank account, the transaction showed the name “Luariano R...” and I wasn’t offered a receipt. Is this something I should be concerned about? Usually when you pay to a food establishment receipts shows name of stablishment and not a person actual name.
Im sitting here now and I got 2(2) scoop cups and asked the lady if I can get 2 different flavors, she said no but then 2 customers come in and ask for 2 flavors and get it. Im now actually upset because this was for my kids. How are you going to say no for kids but yes to adults. Very unhappy now. I actually liked this place but to do this right infront of my face and my kids very not customer service like.. STICK TO YOUR WORD

Ivania helped us out. We ordered on Grub Hub and they were out of the red bulls for the agua fresca. She still gave us extra drinks as well as a credit for a future order so we can get our original drinks. Great customer service! The drinks are yummy and refreshing especially during the summer!
