We ordered 12 mini pancakes they wer given undercooked. No refund or subsitution given by the employees
Last time coming here , the girls that work there are very rude ! No eye contact! We where ignored , and when they gave us the order they just left it there with out saying anything , I asked if it was for us and she just ignored me
Went in on Friday night around 8pm and the one young girl working was incredibly rude, didn’t even make eye contact and completely ignored my request for my dessert. I understand if it’s busy and you’re by yourself but you work in customer service, if you can’t hold yourself to a presentable standard and deliver a good product even when slightly frustrated, you shouldn’t be working in an environment like that.Will not be going to this location anymore. Horrible attitude from that girl.
I looked up hours on the website it said closing at 10 pm . I drove all the way across town got to location at 9 and the employees wouldn’t sell me anything cause she said their closed. I suggest to up date the hours on you windows and website! She said those our summer hours . Well it’s now December, UPDATE
