I been going to this store for about 3 years, 5 days a week. I always get excellent customer service. The girls that work there are so nice and friendly. The only problem I have there, is alot of times I go in and they are out of product. I don't blame the girls that work there, not their fault. The blame is on the owners. If a store doesn't have the right product, how can they sell the stuff on the menu? Overall this store is very clean, excellent customer service and the food is very good!
We came in and weren’t acknowledged at all, even though there were other customers waiting as well. When someone finally started taking an order, they turned away and left us standing there without any communication. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way, but instead we were completely ignored. It felt very dismissive and came across as poor customer service.
Worst mini pancakes I’ve ever had!!! I had asked for Dubai pancakes and they gave me some other ones… it didn’t even come with ice cream too.. Also where is the Nutella ?? This is crazy for $15
I personally didn’t have the best Customer service here. When I arrived I waited about 15 minutes to be helped. When I finally ordered & Received what I Got the Crazy Mini Puffs were clearly rushed, when I opened the container there was chunks of cinnamon powder. Now I also got the tosti-cheviche & I never have an issue with my food from any other mango crazy location but this one was off. The container was not even half full. (I came in on Saturday 1/31/26 at around 6:30pm)
Tostilocos here are very good and flavorful.
