They were very friendly and kept us informed. But when we showed up to pick up our truck the complementary inspection was a charged. They did take it off. And We had an oil change and they charge us $200 for a filter that should’ve cost us $30.
I was very pleased with the entire experience. Very accommodating and professional group of people at Mango!!!! Thanx for taking me in at the last minute and being very thorough with the entire experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, competent shop for all there automotive needs.
Booked an appointment for a grease job. Waited one hour, they had done an oil change instead. During inspection I was informed that my brake fluid contained 65% water. Inspection because of possible gasket leak. Was charged for oil change anyway, after some back and forth about the outrageous charge I was given a partial refund.
They neglected to get my rental ready for app pickup and I lost half a day getting that sorted out and getting another rental.
Service was fast little to no wait time one taking care of vehicle issues.
