This little shop has a lying AI machine answering the phone. It told me that I could have my tow truck drop it off in a certain location. I ended up having to move my car again, with another tow because It basically tells you everything you want to hear. $$$ that I had to pay. They didn't care they said don't listen to what it says.
Quite possibly the most expensive mechanic I have ever encountered. They wanted $12,737 to do a engine rebuild. I would expect to pay about $5,000 for that job. So I would be prepared to pay little more than double what a regular place charges. I included the invoice if you find this hard to believe.
This place is awful! I was told over the phone (by an ai voice ew) that my car would be looked at for free at 11 am. I get there and Kylie (rude and pushy) told me it would be a 194$ diagnostic fee if they found something wrong (I SHOWED THEM A VIDEO OF WHAT WAS WRONG) and it wouldn’t be looked at until the following day instead of at 11 like I was told. Don’t go here. There just money hungry liars!!!
Service and communication were fantastic! Repairs were done quickly! Very much appreciated!
Mango restored my faith in humanity. I got my car towed there and they looked at the car at no cost and helped me get an engine replacement scheduled with the dealership under warranty!!! I will be a customer there moving forward even though it is a bit further out of my way. I originally went to Firestone off San Mateo and they were extremely unhelpful and I had lost all hope in repairing my car.
