I set the appointment needing two specific tests which was explained prior to arriving and at the time the appointment was set. Upon speaking to Mangla regarding my specific condition and offering literature due to it's rarity, he was dismissive and refused to shut up and listen while trying to man-splain over me while I was telling him WHY I needed the specific two tests.
