Mangia Pizza and Pasta Co. is yet another chapter in a family tradition in restaurants that began when Amo and Rose Scotese opened La Cantina in Paw Paw in 1936. Their grandson Emilio Dacoba and his wife Maria, currently part owners of La Cantina with other family members, opened their own restaurant, Mangia, Mangia, in 2008 in downtown Kalamazoo. I believe it is now called jacs, but the place is very nice! Service was too notch by everyone! And food was reasonably priced and was VERY good! We had a thin crust pizza (which I normally wouldn't prefer) however it was prepared perfect, and the toppings and sauce were litteraly mouth watering. I will be back soon! Great job staff!
