Great communication and service!
Last week, it was time to change the oil in our car, and a problem had arisen with window switch. We made appointment for service at the Island Chevrolet. Our car was serviced exactly at the appointment time. Without any delays and long paperwork's. Our service advisor Melody was very friendly and professional. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Thank You.
The experience at the Service Area was terrific. Tom Young could not have been more nicer or helpful. My husband is very happy with the performance and the way his truck is riding. The telephone system leaves a lot to be desired. I called into the phone system to speak twice with someone who transferred me first to the Hyundai dealership and then the GMC dealership. Third time was the charm and I was transferred to Chevrolet.
