I really don’t want to leave a negative review, especially from woman to woman, but I feel really upset with my experience and don’t want the same thing to happen to someone else! Morgan is very kind and was very thorough about making sure she understood what I wanted. I came in bright blonde with my natural grow out (see photo) and we decided on Bronde (adding in some light brown and mixing with my blonde) - my two requests were to keep some blonde in there and NO red/auburn/copper tones.
