Where to start--if you're a restaurant I cannot stress enough to steer clear of these guys! They're incompetent--they simply don't have the qualifications to handle restaurant equipment. However, I don't blame them--I blame myself. After failing the first time they came out, I had tp ask them to come back because we had to open for lunch. I shouldn't have given them another opportunity. But I can say that not taking any accountability for not being able to finish the job in a timely manner (before we open) falls on them.
