Everything was amazing!
Food truck style food. Flavor bland and wait long. Arnold palmer Drink was great.
My boyfriend and I got the Bao duo at Smorgasburg DTLA and their fried shrooms bao was the best vegan bao we've had. The crispy yet airy texture of the batter was on point and yet still super moist mushroom meat leaving us super satisfied.
Ordered the Fried Shroom Bao, which were fresh and tasty with the sauce. Just feel this is a bit over priced at $16.50 for portion.
Was really excited to try this vegan spot but am so disappointed that my to go order had spoiled tomatoes in it! Just need better quality checks for ingredients :(
