AVOID AVOID AVOID Close to tears. Not even had the decency to phone yet they say they have on their reply.!!! No refund /no offer of redoing to make right to what I asked for! Very disappointed. Booked online. Tsection from £60. Given a bill of £149 and that's without a toner and just having a blast dry. Thank god I didn't have either of those. Misleading and a bitterly disappointing visit. No creamy blond highlights visible either I asked for. Very sad. Didn't get what I booked in for or asked for. Expecting bill of another £40 after deposit paid and was charged £129☹️☹️. Would be slightly better if I loved my hair but I don't.
