Update: The salon called and offered an additional service but was still a bit dismissive about taking responsibility for the current state of my hair. I just hope every stylist starts discussing post processed hair texture and quality with clients of different hair types. The color is what I asked for but it just feels like im wearing a cheap wig and not my hair. My friends and family have been shocked to see my hair. Terrible salon!! I had my haircut here few weeks ago and I walked in with photos of the style I wanted and the stylist sat down with me and I told her what style works best for my hair texture (thick and curly). I specifically told her that I wanted a specific style that would look good with my hair in it’s natural state and showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted.
