This is a mixed review. I loved the atmosphere and the people I met. Although I was upset that my appointment was moved back five hours even though I booked a month in advance. After arriving, they kept saying how busy the day was, so I felt as if I was not going to be a top priority, and it showed in the work. My braids are sideways, which doesn't allow them to lay straight; they hoop at the top which makes them stick out. I really enjoyed my time at Mane Purpose/ Healthy Natural Hair Salon. Shannon made me feel like family. I am looking forward to my next retwist. Well worth it!!
Shannon is fantastic. I’m amazed at what she has done for my hair. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about hair health. She will make you fall in love with your hair all over again!
Definitely best experience I’ve had since I’ve started my loc journey from scalp massage to wash to retwist and finally the styling. Words can’t explain how amazing Shannon is truly life altering not gone lie
