She is incredibly talented, consistent, and genuinely cares about making sure you love the result every single time. Whether it’s a cut, color, or just a refresh, she always listens, gives honest advice, and somehow makes my hair look better than I pictured. Lisa is the best of the best.
In 2021, I was having a sad and aggravating day, decided to go get my hair cut and dyed. Booked an appointment with Rachel, who took my desire to go from blonde to cowboy copper very seriously and cut off about 6 inches of hair. She made my impulsive decision look great and turned my bad day into a good day. I have now been coming to Rachel for years, we have come full circle and I am back to blonde.
