Walked in for a haircut they sat me down to get washed but they massage the back of your neck which they are not licensed to.I ended up having a headache from the improper support of my head for a week had to see a chiropractor to relieve pain caused by massage during washing.

The hair wash was phenomenal, I really felt relaxed with the scalp massage, and my hair felt squeaky clean!! Today, I had my haircut done by Annie. I wanted a butterfly cut, v-shaped back layers, face framing curtain bangs, and to use thinning sheers on my thick hair. She did it PERCECTLY. I love how she styled it in the end, and used hair serum to reduce frizz. Staff is super friendly and inviting, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Pricing is very fair. Very happy with my experience here, 1000% will be back.

The haircuts and hair coloring here are extremely poor. They only charge money without considering quality and aesthetics. After I complained about being dyed with multiple colors during my last hair coloring session, I requested a refund. However, the manager of the store refused to refund the money and even threatened me. They also said they would report to the police, which is truly shameless.
