Avoid this salon. Elaine especially, but the management itself is untrustworthy. I’d even question the credibility of the reviews. I booked an appointment two months in advance, color without a blow dry because I had a sporting event to attend to afterwards. I had this planned for a while. I had a fantastic overall experience at Mane Haven. I made the appointment with Elaine, one of the salon owners. She took the time to listen to what my goals were and periodically checked in during the haircut to ask if I wanted any changes made. I appreciated that she took her time and did everything with such precision. I loved the way my hair looked and felt when I left. The salon also had a pleasant atmosphere. I was very nervous about getting highlights as I had been disappointed many times before. I paid a ridiculous amount of money,time and tears walking out of salons just trying to get blond in my hair.
