Shan and Bridget are absolutely wonderful at what they do. From the warm greetings as soon as you pull up to the stables, to the introspective and immersive activities, the whole experience is 5 stars. I had no idea I would learn so much from horses about how I present myself to the outside world, and how I work as a part of a team. While you don't actually ride the horses, you get to be immersed in their world and learn a lot along the way. I would recommend this retreat to all of my family and friends. I had a great time at Mane Gate Coaching with my team of co-workers! Shan and Bridget were very friendly and fun to get to know during the time we spent with them. The retreat is on a beautiful, peaceful plot of land in the country. When we were there we participated in a series of team building exercises involving the horses. It was a great way to connect with my co-workers on a personal level, but also keeping it relevant to work but in a fun way! Shan and Bridget are great! My company did a team-bonding retreat at Mane Gate and it was a lot better than I expected. Shan and Bridget are very professional and chill and they're willing to work with your group to achieve whatever goals you have, be it leadership, team-building, or just having fun. I'm not a huge fan of horses or animals in general, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the activities were mainly team-focused and we weren't made to ride horses or do other cheesy kinds of team-building activities.
