My husband had a terrible experience. They weren’t friendly at all and they cut off way too much than what was asked for. Do not go here.
Do not go here. First, they never greeted me and didn’t even tell me their name. The guy had his AirPods in the whole time and was talking to someone on the phone. I asked for a trim and they cut multiple inches off. I have been growing my hair out for months now and it’s all off. My wife booked a shampoo for me and they never gave me one. I even showed him a picture of what my wife wanted it to look like and he disregarded it. 5 stars for Sami, sadly 1 star for Ray. Sami is great. He cuts my son's hair and does a great job. We had Ray cut our daughter's hair though and we were charged an adult price for a child's cut. Additionally, he tried unsuccessfully to curl her hair and burnt the top of her scalp with the iron. She was in tears from the pain and it took 2+ weeks for the burn spot to heal and flake off. We'll keep going to Sami for boy's cuts but I wouldn't recommend for girl's cuts.
Ray is the best. I've been looking for someone to cut my hair for a while and I've been to many locations but he is by far the best.
