I absolutely HATE my hair , first picture is what I Showed to her , told her that I wanted it to look like the picture , paid to have her style it and the 2nd picture is what I got ! Looks NOTHING like like what I wanted , I was so numb from it I paid and even tipped ( more habit than anything ) bad part is I called and asked if they knew how to cut hair before going , now I’m sitting here in tears because this cut and style is so not what I wanted
My husband and I just arrived in town for his grandmother's visitation and funeral tomorrow, before heading back to Oklahoma. He paid $17 to get his beard cleaned up and his hair cut “high and tight," but instead got this! He noticed that she didn't trim his neckline and was disappointed. He saw this after leaving her a $33 tip, and now he's very displeased. Needed a haircut in a pinch. She did a great job and was super nice. Will return if I’m ever in Decorah and need a haircut again!
Absolutely the best salon. The owner and staff are exceptional! Newest colors and styles. Easy to work with. Very accommodating!!!
