Constantly"running behind" on appointments. Most if the time id be on my way and I'd receive a text saying " I'm about a half hour behind" even though im about five minutes away. One time mixed me up with another person and he texted the other person cancelling so I sat for an hour and waited. When Stephen arrived I got no apology or even a free haircut, he just laughed and was like oh silly me and even added "I couldn't figure out why(the other guy) said he didn't have an appt. Hahaha."
